DELIVERY

Unfortunately, our delivery person will be unable to leave the products if the individual receiving the purchase is unable to provide proper ID to establish that they are 21 years of age or older. When a problem arises and Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is unable to offer a refund or a replacement, the company will make every effort to resolve it.

Buyers who are unable to amicably settle their disagreement with Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or who are dissatisfied with the settlement offered by Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. are covered by the Buyer Protection Program.

If the Buyer’s complaint with Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is not resolved, the Buyer may send an email to [email protected]. If the Buyer is on a blacklist or is otherwise prohibited from making transactions on the Website, the Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Customer Support team will investigate the situation to search for potential fraud. A dispute can only be filed if these facts have been confirmed.

The Customer Support Team of Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will arrange a conference call for Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. and the Buyer as soon as a resolution has been reached.

Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. may give both parties access to each other’s display names, contact information, including email addresses, and other details relating to the disagreement after a dispute has been raised.

Eligibility and Limitations for Buyers

• The Buyer Protection Program is only available to customers who have made a transaction via Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.

Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will solely be the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyers may file a dispute within 7 days of the date of product delivery. If the item is damaged, buyers should refuse to accept delivery.

• In order to be eligible for the Buyer Protection Program, buyers must first get in touch with Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. and make an effort to address the problem. By sending an email to [email protected], the Buyer can register a dispute with Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. if they haven’t heard back from them or are unable to work things out with them after making contact. np
• The Buyer Protection Program does not cover fraudulent charges or claims.
• The Buyer Protection Program will not apply if the Buyer has already started a chargeback through the bank that issued the credit card, although Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. may still submit a claim under the Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Protection Program in such circumstances.

The Buyer Protection Program does not give any guarantee or warranty to Buyers for products sold on Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. against technical or manufacturing flaws. Blacklisted and Blocked Buyers are not covered by the Buyer Protection Program.

• Bringing a claim against Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. does not give the buyer an automatic right to a refund or replacement for the purchased item. Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will investigate the disputes raised and only legitimate claims will be processed.

Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will never be held liable for any damages, fees, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that may be incurred by any Buyer or Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.

• Salutations Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. has the right to bring civil and/or criminal legal action against any User who submits a false claim or gives false, erroneous, or incomplete information. Along with the aforementioned legal actions, Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. In its sole discretion, Ltd. may suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name (and any associated Display Names) of such User and/or disqualify such User and any connected Users from receiving protection through this program.
• Salutations Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to change or end the Buyer Protection Program without providing its users with any advance notification.
• Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. shall not consider claims of Buyers who have suffered loss as a result of Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.’s delayed shipment or delivery of the item through this program.

Vestavia Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.’s customer support team may ask the buyer for further details or clarification in order to speed up the dispute’s resolution. If the buyer does not react with the requested information or clarification within 10 days of the request, the disagreement will be automatically resolved in the company’s favor.

DISCLAIMER

Although the Company makes a good faith effort to include accurate and up-to-date information, the Company expressly disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability, or availability of information or material displayed in any and all Company Websites, whether currently in operation or ones that are yet to be developed.
